Pursuant to the acts of the general assembly of Said State in Such cases made or provided, I have this day Preceded to take and hearafter State a pro rata settlement, saith Mitchell Daniel, Administrator of Thomas l. Lamay, Deceased. They found that WD Stroud was last with h is family in early 1867. WD Stroud and his wife executed a deed for the land in controversy to James Cook on 1 Dec., 1852. . The said Cook issued a deed to the land to Pelham and Daniel. The bill is dismissed 1 May, 1879. P. 548-549.
