  mObituary, Belleville Daily Advocate, 13 April, 1942, p. 3 , col 3 MRS. BERTHA NEFF DIES HERE AFTER EXTENDED ILLNESS. Mrs. Bertha Neff, 58, wife of George Neff, 1515a Lebanon Ave, died at her home at 10:45 yesterday morning after an extended illness. Mrs. Neff was born n Belleville Feb. 14, 1884, a daughter of the laate Theodore and Christina Wuertz and married Neff here May 3, 1905. In addition to her huband she is survived by two sisters, Ida, wife of Arthur Gantner, 1916 N. Church St., and Catherine, wife of Edwqrd Wright 150 E. D St. and a brother, Joseph Wuertz of St. Louis. Three other brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Mrs. Neff was a member of the Perpetual Help Sodality of St. Theresa's church. Funeral services will be at 8:45 Wedlesday morning from the Gaerdner funeral home to St. Teresa's church for services at 8 o'clock. Rev. William Hoff, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery. A story the net day named her pallbearers: George Hary, Arthur Neff Al cCoy, Ed McCoy, Victor Gantner and Wilbur Wright.
